I proceed to show you how to group different exercises in complex for better results.Today i will show you combination for core and warming up.this easy complex is made of 4 exercises.Warming up-the rope,the core twisting 30 times,bike-40 times and the plank for 4 sides 40 times.u can check the technic and muscle works in the links
so lets start
jumps with the rope-100 times
now lay on the carpet and start core twisting-30 times,dont forget to breeze!
then bike -on high speed-40 times
and immediately -the plank!
