Matt Johnson of On Target Living runs a time 1-mile run. His goal was to run a 4:59, but the weather was a little too cold and the 20m MPH winds didn't help. This was part of a 13-week challenge goal. He did 26 pull-ups, 225 on the bench 12 times, shot 73 in his first round of golf and much more.
