Today, I'll be giving you another Nintendo 3DS tutorial video. I'm going to show you how to load hacks / codes with the Spider exploit! First of all, if you don't know what Spider is: it's a browser-based RAM hacking tool that can load a 'code.bin' file from the root of your SD Card. You can find the tutorial below!

You are responsible for making or finding your own code.bin file. If you've ever hacked the Wii, think of it as a .gct file.
1. Download and install Yagarto,
2. Download Spider3DSTools as a .zip archive.
3. Extract Spider3DSTools into a folder.
4. Go into the folder so you can see all the individual files, and then go one folder back.
5. Select the folder (Highlight it).
6. Hold 'SHIFT' and Right Click on the folder.
7. Click "Open command window here"
8. Type "make" (without the quotes) and press enter.
9. Wait for all the commands and processes to get done. This should not take more than a minute.
10. Insert your 3DS SD Card into your computer.
11. Go back into the 'Spider3DSTools' folder and copy all of the files.
12. Paste them onto the root of your 3DS SD Card.
13. Find & copy your 'code.bin' file to the root of your SD Card. Overwrite the one that should already be there.
14. Eject your 3DS SD Card and insert it into your 3DS.
15. Turn on your 3DS and enter the game that you want to hack.
16. Press the 'Home' button and then click on the Internet Browser icon.
17. Go into the Internet Browser settings -- Initialize save data.
18. Load up the Internet Browser again.
19. Go to this URL:
20. Wait for the Internet Browser to crash and return you to the home menu.
21. Go back into the game.
22. All the codes should be loaded & active!

Q: Will this brick my 3DS?
A: No.

Q: What firmware versions does this work on?
A: 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, and SOME say it works on 9.5.

Q: Is this like Gecko for the Wii?
A: In many ways, yes. Spider3DS is a lot more limited, though.
